Services described

Content on this site describes consulting offerings such as application coaching, interview practice, career pathway assessment, accommodation planning, and workplace inclusion briefings. Descriptions are informational. A separate written confirmation defines the scope of any paid engagement.

No employment guarantee

We provide advice, document support, and facilitation. We do not guarantee job offers, interview invitations, or employer decisions.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to DevPlatform Lab. Materials we prepare for you during a paid engagement are licensed for your personal or internal organisational use. You may not resell our templates as a competing service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse or end engagements that involve harassment or clear bad faith.

Liability

To the extent permitted by German law, DevPlatform Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from hiring decisions made by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the jurisdiction of our registered place of business shall have competence where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
