Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, message, preferred call window, selected consultation).
- Documents and notes you voluntarily share during coaching (for example CVs or job ads).
- Technical data needed to deliver the site (for example essential cookies — see our cookies page).
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where steps are taken prior to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest in answering business inquiries). Client engagement files are processed to perform the consulting contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Where you share health-related information relevant to workplace adjustments, we process it only with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted for the specific engagement (Art. 9 GDPR).
Retention
Contact form messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer retention is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Client files are retained for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required by German commercial and tax rules, then deleted or anonymised.
Recipients and international transfers
We use hosting and email providers that process data on our instructions. Where providers store data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a German supervisory authority.
