About

Built beside the German application folder, not above it

DevPlatform Lab advises disabled professionals and employers who need concrete next steps — rewritten documents, practised answers, and adjustment plans that survive the first week at work.

Why we exist

Job search advice in Germany often assumes uninterrupted careers and energy to perform cheerful interviews. Disabled professionals told us they needed something narrower: help shaping a Bewerbung that respects both German formality and lived access needs, plus language for requesting adjustments without turning the conversation into a medical seminar.

DevPlatform Lab began as one-to-one application coaching from our base in Staffhorst, Niedersachsen. Employer briefings followed when hiring managers asked for the same clarity their candidates were receiving — checklists, owners, and timelines instead of inclusion slogans.

How we work

Every engagement starts with intake: role goals, health-related constraints the client chooses to share, and the documents or team structures already on the table. We rewrite, rehearse, or brief — then leave written artefacts the client can reuse without us in the room.

We do not place candidates into vacancies, sell software, or promise outcomes we cannot control. We do prepare people and teams for the conversations German hiring actually contains.

Values we hold in sessions

  • Clients control what medical detail leaves the room.
  • Adjustments are described as work-enabling, not favours.
  • German labour-market vocabulary is translated, never ignored.
  • Written takeaways matter as much as the conversation.
