Client stories

What clients noticed after the sessions

These notes mention specific documents rewritten, questions practised, or adjustment plans delivered — not generic praise.

“We rewrote my CV three times before the cover letter stopped sounding apologetic. The disclosure session was slower than I wanted — Mira made me wait until I could say the adjustment out loud without rushing — and that pause is why the interview felt steadier.”

Mira K. · Laboratory technician, Lower Saxony
Application Package Coaching

“Our briefing left us with a procurement owner for assistive software and a first-week checklist. Not a poster campaign — actual names next to tasks.”

Thomas R. · Operations lead, Bremen
Workplace Inclusion Briefing

“I expected cheerleading. Instead we mapped which tasks drained me and which still felt sharp. The written pathway made changing fields feel deliberate rather than like giving up.”

Aylin S. · Administrative specialist returning after leave
Career Pathway Assessment

“The mock panel asked the awkward questions I had been dodging. I still stumbled once on salary talk, but I finally had language for hybrid hours that did not sound like a favour.”

Jonas W. · Software support specialist
Interview Confidence Sessions

“We built a one-page adjustment request my store manager could approve without a legal seminar. Scheduling the quieter open shifts took two conversations; the template kept both of us on the same facts.”

Extended story

From medical leave to a quieter specialist track

Aylin returned after fourteen months away from administrative work. Her first draft CV tried to hide the gap; recruiters still asked. In a Career Pathway Assessment we listed tasks that still felt sharp — scheduling, vendor follow-up, document control — and those that drained her after ninety minutes of open-plan noise.

The written pathway recommended specialist vacancies with hybrid patterns and a staged hour ramp. Application Package Coaching then produced two Anschreiben: one for a former employer’s part-time return, one for an external coordinator role. She still found salary talk awkward in the mock interview, which we flagged honestly in the feedback notes. Two months later she accepted the coordinator post with a quieter desk arrangement agreed before day one.
